US futures up modestly and off their deep overnight lows after Asian and European markets traded mixed as global markets around the world  process the weekend’s coordinated terrorist attacks in Paris. US dollar and gold higher with investors head to those safe havens. Meanwhile, crude futures are climbing higher after the French launched their biggest raids in Syria to date, targeting the Islamic State’s stronghold in Raqqa.
