As traders head into the last trading day of the month and the quarter, US futures turn positive after the worst session of the year which put the Dow and S&P into negative territory for 2015. On the economic calendar for today will be data on housing and consumer confidence. Overnight, Asia traded positive with Shanghai surging 5.3% while early trading in Europe has been mixed as most of its markets struggled to hold positive. Meanwhile, oil is on the rise as nuclear talks with Iran move closer to the deadline without any deal.
