drivers, is expected to be $1.32 trillion, up almost 8% year over year.

Mastercard Inc. (MA) shares have soared by nearly 45 percent so far in 2017, driven by substantial revenue and earnings growth. According to reports, Bernstein upped its price target on the company to $166, indicating a nearly 15% advance. Mastercard is set to report 3Q results on October 31 before the
start of trading.
Wall Street consensus estimates call for revenue to have increased by nearly 14 percent in the third quarter from a year ago, to $3.281 billion. Meanwhile, earnings per share are expected to have climbed by 13.6 percent to $1.23, as consumers continued to expand their volume of retail purchases online and through other venues.
